Straight from the island of Croatian Island of Pag comes this sweet, nutty cheese with a hint of minerality. The mixture of cow's milk and sheep's milk gives it a delicious balance. Do as the Croatians do and set it out a wedge as an appetizer with slices of cured meat like Prosciutto di Parma or spicy cured sausages.

Deliveries by UPS are sent on Monday-Wednesday. Orders must be received by 3 pm on Wednesday to receive Wednesday shipment.
