Straight from the island of Croatian Island of Pag comes this sweet, nutty cheese with a hint of minerality. The mixture of cow's milk and sheep's milk gives it a delicious balance. Deliveries by UPS are sent on Monday-Wednesday. Orders must be received by 3 pm on Wednesday to receive Wednesday shipment. 

Home deliveries will be completed the day after the order has been placed. A phone call or email will be sent to coordinate delivery time.
