Join us at the Longwood Library and explore some of the major categories of cheese from around the world! From soft creamy fresh cheeses to extra aged hard techniques. Participants will learn how cheese is made and understand its versatility as one of the most popular foods in the world! Each participant will receive a tasting plate with four cheeses each.
Seating priority goes to residents of the Longwood Library District. Ticketing information will be posted when available.
