Pure porky goodness. Olympia Provisions - based out of Portland, Oregon - makes some of the best charcuterie in the United States. Their gateway meat is the classic Saucisson Sec. Just pure pork, salt, pepper and garlic. It's got their signature house funk. Delicious and perfect.
