A cousin of Roquefort (Auvergne is made with cow's milk vs. Roquefort's sheep's milk), Bleu d'Auvergne is creamy and peppery with a nice, smooth kick.

Deliveries by UPS are sent on Monday-Wednesday. Orders must be received by 3pm on Wednesday to receive Wednesday shipment. 

Home deliveries will be completed the day after the order has been placed. A phone call or email will be sent to coordinate delivery time.
